OJSC Insurance company “Kyrgyzstan” has a rich history and a working experience that spans many years. Formed in July 5^th 1991 by the ruling of the government of Kyrgyz Republic № 333, the company became the successor of the “Gosstrakh” (State insurance) of the Kyrgyz SSR, that was created in 1926.   

As of today OJSC “Kyrgyzstan” is one of the leading companies on the national insurance market, being an experienced, reliable and dynamic insurance company of the Kyrgyz Republic, that was able to keep traditional insurance services, and to embed advanced methods and technologies of insurance of the western world.

   Internal policy of the company allows us to confidently keep high positions at the insurance market and annually increase the number of insurants.

   The company has a wide branch network throughout Kyrgyzstan, providing citizens of the entire country with equal opportunities of acquiring insurance services.

   OJSC “Kyrgyzstan” has received 4 licenses for mandatory types of insurance:

• Of the civil liability of a transporter to the passengers
• Of the civil liability of a transporter of dangerous freights
• Of the civil liability of an employer for the infliction of harm to the life and health of an employee during performance of his work duties.
• Of the civil liability of organizations, exploiting dangerous industrial objects.

 Regular clients of the company are: embassies and delegations of neighboring and far-abroad countries, major airlines, companies involved in extractive and processing industry, financial and credit institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic, international project initiatives and enterprises engaged in the small and medium business sphere.
